President Buhari Receives Warm Welcome in Niger Republic – PHOTOS


President Muhammadu Buhari is in Niger today to meet with the country’s president, Mahamadou Issoufou, to discuss strategies on how to defeat Boko Haram.

Upon arrival, Buhari received a warm welcome.
