NDLEA Looking For Davido Over “Fans Mi” Music Video

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) are reportedly weighing the options of nabbing the Skelewu hit singer and BET winner DavidoReports have it that the drug agency feels that the singer’s new video ‘Fans Mi’ featuring Meek Mill which rocked over a million views on youtube in 10 days counters the agency’s anti drug use campaign. As a result, they might have to nab the singer (#OnlyInNaija ! :/)
In an interview with NDLEA’s head of public affairs, Mitchell Ofoyeju said;
“The agency considers the musical video, ‘Fans Mi’ inappropriate and indecent. It has the tendency to negatively influence and induce drug use and trafficking. Besides, it is counter-productive on the campaign against drug production, trafficking and abuse. The agency is also investigating the matter and will take necessary action,” he concluded.
Also commenting on the music video is popular music video critic, Nuella O’Peters also had this to say;
“It’s really outrageous seeing a brand ambassador and a mentor to millions of African youths indulging in such acts. He even went as far as using the substance for cooking in the video. Can you imagine! It’s uncalled for. I do hope the Nigeria Broadcasting Corporation will do something about the video.”
What do you guys think? Is the NDLA by chance making any since going by there (no point) points?
