Bruce Jenner May Face up to Six years Vehicular Manslaughter - CCTV Footage Now In Police Custody

Bruce Jenner could be charged with manslaughter following the fatal car crash incident early February, on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California which left one dead and seven others injured.

Unfortunately for the transitioning reality star, an MTA bus traveling behind one of the cars involved in the crash had mounted cameras which captured the entire incident. The recorded tape is now in police custody!

According to reports, the new video evidence shows Bruce, 65, smash his Cadillac Escalade into the back of both the victim's white Lexus and the Toyota Prius involved.

TMZ reports that the video shows the Lexus (which Bruce hit) didn't make contact with the Toyota Prius as previously alleged.

This means the Lexus (whose driver died) was only hit by Bruce from behind before it lost control and came face to face with an Hummer jeep on the other way.

If this is true, then the video makes Jenner responsible for the accident. It also means Jenner was following too close behind the Lexus, hence a possible vehicular manslaughter prosecution.

If found guilty, Bruce could face up to six years in prison.
