CRITERIA 

• Any Idoma youth (female) between the age brackets of 18 & 25 years.

• Must have at least Secondary school level of education & have a good command of English language.

• Must have the personality and ability to convey the Idoma brand (physical specifications is secondary).

• Must have in-depth knowledge of Idoma culture and tradition.

• Must be able to speak Idoma at least conversationally.

Face of Idoma (Carnival) Queen Ashley Yusuf visited the Maropeng Caves and Meseum in South where she had a brief tour and research on the historic beginning of man while on her vacation and project tour.

LIVE IN SOUTH AFRICA: Queen Ashley Face Of Idoma (Carnival) 2015/16 arrives South Africa for a vacation after recovering from a ghastly road accident that almost claimed her life. The vibrant and hardworking queen will also be attending pageant seminars, workshops and major events in S.A during her visit in a bid to promote the Face Of Idoma Beauty Pageant, Agila Carnival as well as the Idoma cultural heritage. She will be hosted by top S.A dignitaries, tourism boards, humanitarian agencies and Nigerians in diaspora and will also pay a courtesy visit to the Nigeria High Commission in Pretoria.

Started a career in Modeling in 2010 and was crowned Miss Fed. University of Agriculture in 2014. In 2015 she joined the quest for the prestigious Face Of Idoma Beauty Pageant Show powered by Agila Carnival and was crowned the official Queen for the 2015/16 Edition.

QUEEN ASHLEY FEEDS 500 ORPHANS ON CHILDREN'S DAY

Queen Ashley Mariam Yusuf Face Of Idoma Carnival 2015/2016 under Agila Carnival has always had a passion to give her quota to bettering the lives of people around her, her zeal to put smiles on the faces of people has never reduced even for a bit, hence the children's day party project was born. Queen Ashley planned to feed over 500 children in Idoma land of Benue State where she hails from.

On her way to Benue State to actualize this project a couple of days back she was involved in ghastly motor accident that saw the vehicle flip over three times and ended up on its back, she came out of that accident with cuts and bruises on her body but that did not stop her, because of her passion and zeal Queen Ashley still proceeded to Otukpo to accomplish her project.

Queen Ashley was able to distribute a lot of gift items to the children and teachers where she also put smiles on the faces of children by cooking and serving them rice, drinks and other small chops, people present at the occasion could clearly see the pain she was experiencing from the injuries she sustained from the accident but that did not stop her.

The occasion was attended by the Former minister of Interior Comrade Abba Morro, the President of Agila Carnival Prince Edwin Ochai, Comrade James Oche DG Door2door for David Mark Campaign organization, Team @Agila_Carnival, friends, family and well wishers.
