Shaagee said that Anems bit Mr Amos Igbo, her client’s tongue during sex at the Tekdee Hotel where they were lodged.
She said that Igbo picked up Anems at Yaman Park and paid her N2, 000 for the night.

”My Lord he hit me hard. I bit him in self defence,” she said.
DSS Denying Assassination of Dr Chike Most Absurd Statement Ever - Kanu’s Disciple, Ekpa
A follower of Nnamdi Kanu, Simon Ekpa has attacked the Department of State Security after it denied that its operatives assassinated Dr Chike Akunyili.
Ekpa described their denial as the most absurd he has seen in over a decade.
He alleged that the same DSS operatives who murdered the Personal Assistant of Ifeanyi Ejiofor, Kanu’s lawyer, were responsible for Akunyili’s death.
Ekpa made the claim while rubbishing DSS denial of being responsible for the murder of the medical doctor.
In a tweet, Ekpa wrote: “The DSS denying assassination of Dr Chike is the most absurd statement I’ve read in a decade.
“The same DSS killed all the unclaimed corpses at the Imo State mortuary. Eyewitness to the assassination of Dr. Chike saw the DSS men. The same DSS that killed Barrister Ejiofor PA etc?”
Chike, who is the husband of late Dora Akunyili, the ex-Director-General of National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC, was killed in Anambra State on Tuesday.
But, the DSS was accused of killing the medical doctor who was on his way to receive an award.
However, the secret police denied involvement in Akunyili’s murder.

Bayelsa at 25: Abacha remains our hero — Governor Diri
•Late Head of State, General Sani Abacha
. . . Restates call for true federalism, equity in Nigeria
Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri, has expressed appreciation to former Head of State, late General Sani Abacha, over the creation of the state 25 years ago on October 1, 1996.
Governor Diri said the people of his homogeneous Ijaw state remain grateful to the late Nigerian leader for that singular decision regardless of factors that could have hindered the state’s creation.
He stated this on Sunday during a thanksgiving service on Nigeria’s 61st independence and Bayelsa State’s 25th anniversary at the King of Glory Chapel in Government House, Yenagoa.
His Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Daniel Alabrah, quoted the governor as eulogising Abacha, noting that the late Head of State remains a hero to people of the state and indeed the Ijaw nation.
He said: “Let me use this medium to thank one man. He may not be popular in Nigeria but to me and all of us Bayelsans, we see him as a great man, a hero. The man who by the stroke of the pen signed the creation of Bayelsa State. I am talking about the late General Sani Abacha.
“We acknowledge him as a state and people. By his singular assent, he created this state with just eight local government areas, which was less than the constitutional requirements.”
Speaking on Nigeria’s 61st independence anniversary, the Bayelsa helmsman called on the Federal Government to ensure justice and equity in the distribution of resources in the country.
Diri expressed dissatisfaction with the present lopsided federal structure where the federal government takes resources from states and decides what is given to each state at the end of every month.
He said if the country was allowed to practice true federalism, it would enable the states as federating units to control their resources and contribute to the central government.
He also expressed his belief that Nigeria would be a great country if there was justice and equity as each state had abundant resources that could be harnessed for development of the country.
He called for amendment of the Petroleum Industry Act to increase the 3% allotted to host communities to 10% as well as include states and local governments as trustees in implementation of the host community fund.
Describing the Act as a recipe for anarchy in the Niger Delta, Diri said the exclusion of states and local governments in the implementation of the law would give room to unscrupulous elements to capitalise on the loopholes and cause crisis in communities as it would be difficult to determine host communities.
“I call on Mr President to ensure that there is justice, equity and fairness in the distribution of resources in our dear country. Let there be a new wind in the governance of this country. The PIA is not just and equitable to the people of the Niger Delta and Bayelsa State.
“If the Act will be implemented successfully, let me call on Mr President to also send another amendment bill to include the states and local governments in the administration of the law.”
The governor urged Bayelsans to celebrate and appreciate their past and present leaders, saying that each leader had contributed in various ways to develop of the state.
He acknowledged that more needed to be done in terms of development but that the state had witnessed a lot of development compared to what it was.
The governor, who called on Bayelsans to pray for good leaders, also charged leaders at various levels to work hard to bequeath a prosperous society by doing the right things.

R. Kelly
Embattled singer, R. Kelly has been found guilty on all counts in s*x-trafficking trial.
The R&B superstar who has long been trailed by accusations of s*xual misconduct and abuse was found guilty in New York today.
Kelly, who has been in custody for much of the time since he was formally charged in 2019, was convicted on one count of racketeering and eight counts of violating the Mann Act, a law that bars the transport of people across state lines “for any immoral purpose.”
Kelly, who faces decades in prison when he is sentenced on May 4, appeared stoic and wore a mask as the verdict was read aloud in the Brooklyn federal courtroom.
Kelly, best known for the 1996 hit “I Believe I Can Fly,” pleaded not guilty to all charges in the case. The singer, whose real name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, did not take the stand in his own defense.
Gerald Griggs, a lawyer who said he represents several Kelly accusers and their families, thanked his clients for their “immense strength” and expressed his gratitude to prosecutors.
“This is just the beginning. We’ve been fighting this battle since 2017 and many of the victims have been fighting this battle for years,” Griggs said. “Finally, their voices were heard.”

FG to deploy 5G network by January 2022 - Pantami
Minister of communication and digital economy, Isa Pantami said the fifth-generation (5G) cellular networks will be deployed in January 2022.
Speaking during a town hall meeting in Maiduguri, Borno state, on Thursday September 23, the Minister was represented by Ubale Maska, NCC commissioner for technical services, said the deployment became necessary as there are over 50,000 telecommunications sites across the country and about 16,000 outages recorded by mobile network operators (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile) between January 2021 and July 2021.
Pantami blamed the outages on fibre cuts, access denial and theft, leading to service disruption in the affected areas.
The Minister who condemned situations where telecoms installations were destroyed in terrorist attacks which had not been replaced as a result of the intense security issues and tensions in north-east states, urged the national assembly to speed up the passage of the Critical Infrastructure Protection Bill for onward submission to Muhammadu Buhari for assent.
Kenyan high court judge declares being housewife a full-time payable job
A Kenyan High Court judge, Teresia Matheka has reportedly declared being a housewife a fulltime job that should attract some form of compensation.
The judge who was presiding over a matrimonial property dispute, said that it is unfair for courts to rule that housewives do not contribute anything to the financial progress of the family.
The complainant is said to be a divorced lady who sought to have their family property sold and the money shared equally between her and her ex-husband.
The Judge stated that housewives should not say they don't work since they provide services in the home that are otherwise outsourced and paid for. She added that it is unfair to only rely on seen income and the mindset that one has to contribute money to the marriage to find value.
Matheka said;
“It is easy for the spouse working away from home and sending money to lay claim to the whole property purchased and developed with that money by the spouse staying at home and taking care of the children and the family. That spouse will be heard to say that the other one was not employed so they contributed nothing.
"Raising children is a full-time job that families pay a person to do. Cooking and cleaning as well. Hence, for a woman in employment who has to balance childbearing and rearing this contribution must be considered."
The judge also urged her counterparts to consider the 9 months of pregnancy when presiding over cases of matrimonial disputes. She opined that carrying a pregnancy is equivalent to working, noting that some couples have lately resorted to hiring surrogate mothers to bear children for them.
Passing judgement on the case brought before her, Matheka ruled that the property be sold and money shared equally, or one of the spouses buy out the other party by paying half the value of the property that the party is entitled to.
Cutting off hands, executions are necessary: Taliban leader to reintroduce amputations in new Afghan regime
Mullah Nooruddin Turabi, a founder of the Taliban who will control prisons under the new government in Afghanistan, has revealed that harsh punishments, including amputations and executions, will return to the country .
"Everyone criticized us for the punishments in the stadium, but we have never said anything about their laws and their punishments," Turabi said in Kabul during an interview, which was published Thursday, September 23, by the Associated Press.
"No one will tell us what our laws should be. We will follow Islam, and we will make our laws on the Quran."
Under the Taliban's previous rule of Afghanistan, Turabi served as justice minister and head of the Ministry of Propagation of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, a position the Associated Press stated was "the religious police."
During that time, amputations and executions were carried out for criminal offenses, including theft and highway robbery.
Now Turabi has revealed those same practices will be brought back.
"Cutting off of hands is very necessary for security," Turabi said, claiming it was a deterrent to theft and other crime.
While it is not yet known whether the punishment will occur in public, Turabi said that Taliban officials are working to "develop a policy" to handle it and insisted the Taliban "are changed from the past,"
Turabi also said the Taliban would allow television, mobile phones, photos and videos "because this is the necessity of the people, and we are serious about it."
He also noted that female judges would be allowed to adjudicate cases. However, Afghanistan’s laws will be based on the Quran claiming it would help spread the Taliban's message.
"Now we know instead of reaching just hundreds, we can reach millions," he said, adding that if executions and amputations are approved for public viewing, then people could record those instances and share them as a deterrent for what Taliban officials consider criminal offenses.

Brazil's health minister tests positive for Covid at UN General Assembly
Brazil's Health Minister Marcelo Queiroga tested positive for Covid-19 hours after accompanying President Jair Bolsonaro to the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The Brazilian government made the announcement on Tuesday night September 21.
Queiroga will remain in New York in quarantine, the government's communications office said.
"The minister is doing well," the statement said. It added that the rest of the delegation tested negative for the virus.
Queiroga was with Bolsonaro, who last year survived a bout of the virus, at several events, including a meeting with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Monday.
“The other members of the delegation have been tested and are negative,” an official Brazilian government press release read.
Last week, Queiroga disclosed that he got vaccinated earlier this year with the Chinese-developed Sinovac vaccine, but did not clarify when he received the shot.
Bolsonaro, who contracted Covid-19 in July 2020, has refused to be vaccinated while he continues to push unproven treatments for the deadly disease.
Nigeria borrows fresh $4bn through Eurobonds
Nigeria has borrowed another $4bn through Eurobonds.
This raises Nigeria’s Eurobond debt from $10.37bn as of the end of March to $14.37bn, according to figures obtained from DMO’s external debt stock figure.
The amount was raised after an intensive two days of virtual meetings with investors across the globe.
The Debt Management Office (DMO) disclosed this in a statement on its website on Tuesday evening, September 21.
The DMO said in the statement: "After an intensive two days of virtual meetings with investors across the globe, Nigeria has raised the sum of $4bn through Eurobonds.
"The order book peaked at $12.2bn which enabled the Federal Government of Nigeria to raise $1bn more than the $3bn it initially announced.
"This exceptional performance has been described as ‘one of the biggest financial trades to come out of Africa in 2021 and an ‘excellent outcome’. Bids for the Eurobonds were received from investors in Europe and America as well as Asia.
"There was also good participation by local investors. The size of the order book and the quality of investors demonstrated confidence in Nigeria."
The Eurobonds were issued in three tranches, details, namely seven years–,$1.25 billion at 6.125 per cent per annum; 12 years -$1.5 billion at 7.375 per cent per annum as well as 30 years -$1.25 billion at 8.25 per annum
The long tenors of the Eurobonds and the spread across different maturities are well aligned with Nigeria’s Debt Management Strategy, 2020 –2023, the DMO said.
It stressed that since the Eurobonds were issued as part of the New External Borrowing in the 2021 Appropriation Act, the raising of $4 billion through Eurobonds provides a significant amount of funds to finance projects in the Act, thus contributing to the implementation of the 2021 Appropriation Act.
The DMO had stated that in addition to providing funding to part-finance the deficit in the 2021 Appropriation Act, the issuance of the Eurobonds would benefits the country in many other strategic ways.
According to the DMO, it would also bring about an inflow of foreign exchange, leading to an increase in external reserves to help support the naira exchange rate as well as Nigeria’s sovereign rating.
It further explained that when Nigeria raised funds externally through Eurobonds, it freed up space in the domestic market for private sector and sub-national borrowers.
The debt management body stated: "In effect, it helps the sovereign not to crowd out other borrowers in the domestic market. The issuance of Eurobonds by Nigeria has opened up opportunities for Nigeria’s corporate sector, notably banks, to issue Eurobonds to raise capital in the ICM."
